Merci de ton retour, en adsl le débit été d'environ 11 mega.
Avant le changement de box, j'ai gagné entre 2 et 3 mega ce qui est pas mal.
Je patiente et reviens d'ici qq jours.

@yohan187 : Si nouveau NRA il y a à ~700 m de chez toi, tu devrais le voir facilement ; il doit se trouver a coté de l’armoire de Sous-Repartition (SR) qui est une petite armoire de rue, de ce type



Pour les stats de hier à 14:44:56, je vois que ça ne s’améliore pas.

Il y a eu un reboot le 28 mai à 15h10 et puis t’as eu une resynchronisation le samedi 06 juin vers 19h58 le soir.

Les marges restent assez hautes et les débits encore bas.

A ta place je demanderais d’annuler (temporairement) l’action de "correction" du DLM pour obtenir le débit de départ (sans l’action du DLM). En ces cas le DLM a la tendance à cacher les soucis et on ne voit pas bien ce que donnait ta ligne au départ dans sa config standard.

Au moment de la resynchronisation engendrée par ce retrait du DLM il faudra donner un coup de LiveboxInfo pour des stats fraiches, juste quelque seconde après la resynchronisation, si possible.

Puis on voit qu’il y a des problèmes car avec les SES = 21 (21 secondes gravement erronées) on voit aussi des pertes de trames (qui pourraient bien être la cause de la désynchronisation du 6 juin) :

LossOfFraming        : 8

Avoir ces pertes de trames est plutôt rare. J’en avais parlé avec @Warakurna récemment dans la section VDSL.

Alors suite au non fonctionnement du décodeur tv et au redémarrage de box nécessaire dixit les web conseillers... mon débit est tombé à 6 mega. J'ai du insister lourdement afin de demander une régularisation de mon débit ce qui a été fait samedi vers 20H.
Concernant la photo rien de tout cela à 700m...
Bref le VDSL pour le moment c'est pas folichon.

Pfiou le tchat c'est comment dire!!

Demande le blacklistage de ta ligne, il y avait un formulaire pour cela, valable aussi pour les sosheurs. Il a été modifié (moi je dis viré) pour rendre tout encore plus difficile.

Le blacklistage devrait être accessible depuis la page qui explique le fonctionnement du DLM, onglet "Avantages" (), en bas à droite sur un bouton jaune de contact :

Si vous ne souhaitez pas bénéficier des avantages de la supervision DLM, vous pouvez nous contacter en cliquant sur le bouton Contact en bas à droite de votre page puis sur Discuter avec un conseiller.

Je ne sais pas s'il marche pour les sosheurs...

Pour le futur : il ne faut jamais rebooter (je te l’avais déjà dit de ne pas rebooter) mais éteindre la livebox, attendre 4 minutes et puis la redémarrer. Le DLM ne devrait pas se fâcher en ce cas.

… Pas de DLM apparemment …

Pour être sûr de ça normalement on demande le blacklistage et puis on attend une resynchronisation à la marge cible.

Si pas de DLM alors t’as synchronisé sous conditions de fort bruit qui puis a diminué (voire disparu) car les marges sont encore hautes.

Mais on avait déjà vu qu’il doit y avoir un souci sur la ligne (à part l’histoire de VDSL2 et des 700 m) …

La "UpstreamMaxRate" est encore un peu suspecte.
